I just ended 2 days sessions of a great seminar held by Denis Inkei paid by my employer (www.inkei-developpement.ch) a great martial art artist who just gave us great advices such as
Focus on present insteas of being worried of the future
Enjoy every success or nice moments instead if focusing on sad event or angriness
Out if this seminar, I just painted this one in a very short timeframe, but I really enjoyed every minutes I painted and I am quite pleased with the result
